Who we are
Lottum & Schultz GmbH was founded in 2016 by Robert Schultz, after having gained 10 years of experience in the field of data rooms, transactions and due diligence through his work in various management positions.
Lottum & Schultz creates transaction and inventory data rooms, advises on the preparation of a Technical or Legal DD and, as a specialized consulting company, closes the gap between data room software and due diligence consultants on both the buyer and seller side.
Lottum & Schultz GmbH's customers are banks, fund companies, project developers, brokerage houses and asset managers; we work with a trained team of architects, engineers, lawyers and real estate specialists to create and test data rooms for our clients. We support the evaluation and completion of documents as well as the extraction of data.
